My body is so funny to me because I can be a huge hypochondriac but then when I’m actually a bit off for a few days I figure it’ll pass and is coz of my fibro. Anyway I just went to the dr for day 3 of a bit of stomach pain and now I have to go get an urgent ultrasound in case it’s appendicitis

Forever shocking to me when I do an end-of-work-day tabs close and only have to close like one other window with 15 tabs. Some days are 15 windows with 15 tabs. 3 monitors is a blessing and a curse.

sometimes I have a busy day and then I talk to my friends and I remember oh yeah i love my friends so much :) the world is beautiful and good and wonderful despite it all :)

wrote the phrase 'time is a warm soup' down in an email and googled it racking my brain only to realise the phrase is 'time is a weird soup'. anyway to the one person who is gonna get that email you should know i figured it out

My BIGGEST bugbear when devs don't have a press kit or this info and make themselves impossible to be talked about haha!!!

I totally get it also, and there's a bunch of good reasons to not have it super easy to find - this is just to say that if there's no way to contact someone _at all_ it becomes really hard to collaborate! Even an info@ or a side email or an email presented with symbols instead of easily scraped.

I found when I had a contact form that got plagued with bots way more! I totally agree that portfolio wise it can be paaaaaaaaaainful. As long as a way to contact you is findable, I think that's fine!!

yeah I totally understand people taking it out due to harassment, that's a total requirement for a lockdown that makes absolute sense!!! i also wish there was a good vetted system for sharing this info when that happens

ofc this is a factor but ultimately if your email is so difficult to find that no one can access it, you are going to have the opposite problem of no offers haha, and a lot of modern sites for social media comms have captchas etc to moderate for this
