THAT'S it exactly!! it's Tolkien and inspired by his knowledge of Arthuriana & perfectly melds it, it feels so.... honest to me? since he was an Arthurian translator so having this be so reminiscent of it is just amazing to me. BOOK GOOD

this is absolutely STUNNING
