02.03.2026 12:52 โ ๐ 11 ๐ 12 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Jonathan Karl ยฎ @jonkarl ... Pres Trump told me tonight the US had identified possible candidates to take over Iran, but they were killed in the initial attack. "The attack was so successful it knocked out most of the candidates," Trump told me. "It's not going to be anybody that we were thinking of because they are all dead. Second or third place is dead." 8:40 PM โข Mar 1, 2026 โข 1.9M Views
I find this a hilarious marker of the incompetence of the entire Trump administration: โWe identified people to take over Iran, then accidentally killed them all.โ
02.03.2026 08:59 โ ๐ 404 ๐ 159 ๐ฌ 18 ๐ 22I'd want to try it face-to-face first of all, to iron out the lumps in the format. But I think the heart of it is the face-to-face play, and having people who know the game in the room to make sure you're doing it right, and who you can ask for clarifications and help if you get stuck.

NEW. This is an elementary girls school in the city of Hormozgan in Iran.
In the last hour, it was hit by a US/Israeli missile attack.
So far, 24 young girls are confirmed dead [SOURCE: Al Jazeera].
The US has just committed a war crime.

When I did activist training back in the neolithic era we were taught "don't give them an easy reason to dislike you: always push leaflets right through the letterbox, always carefully close gates"
The 21st century version of this, @libdems.org.uk, is USE ALT TEXT. It's not difficult.
Drawing that reproduces a social media post by a user named NUTGUZZLER42 (handle: @hitlerball_lover1488). He reacts to a picture of someone saying "Together we can build a safer, cleaner city for our children!" by shouting "FUUUCK LOOK WHO THE RADICAL LEFT JUST ELECTED FUUUUCK FUUUUUCK WE'RE FUUUUUCKED"
That meme is never not relevant.

27.02.2026 21:31 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Well, 'greatest' is a matter of opinion--and size. 1829 and its sister 1829: Northern Board (released 1981) were the only two ever released in long-boxes.

27.02.2026 19:04 โ ๐ 16 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 3 ๐ 0The only problem is that it has a lot of cards, and fifty-something years ago someone used rubber bands to secure them, and the rubber has perished and stuck to many of the cards. Dear Lucy On the eve of the by-election, your Labour party spokesperson has admitted to the Huffington Post that a Labour party leaflet has been delivered through doors with your imprint recommending a vote for Labour by a tactical voting organisation which does not exist. This is deeply troubling, it is actually lying to voters. Did you approve this? Do you feel the Labour Party in government should be held to different standards in terms of honesty to the British public? In your last letter to me you mentioned your โvery extensive dataโ and โhaving spoken to over a third of eligible votersโ which led you to an understanding that the by election โwas a contest between labour and Reformโ. Clearly this latest development only tells voters one thing - you will employ any type of political deception (or in Urdu โDhokaโ ) to win. You will be very aware that all three real tactical voting organisations are recommending a vote for the Greens as the best way to stop Reform. Lying to the voters, as you have been caught doing, raises the real prospect that Reform will be the beneficiaries, something you have said that you donโt want. As this is such an important issue, for the sake of your own reputation, I would strongly urge you to apologise to the voters of Denton and Gorton before the polls open in the morning.โ Kind regards, Zack Polanski Leader of the Green Party of England and Wales
Dear @lucympowell.bsky.social,
Why did you invent a fake tactical voting company to stop the Green Party beating Reform?
