update: looks to be fixed. takes me right back to the timeline as if nothing happened

another thing was that before the code verification kicked in, it was asking for me to re-enroll and specifically with a physical security key. it allowed me to even enter the name to save it under. of course, went back to the beginning and asked the same thing until code verification jumped in.

it doesn’t help that now it’s asking for me to send and then enter a code for verification.. but the very moment I press the button, it would 403 on the begin_verification onboarding backend and then redirect back to the beginning (to the ‘re-enroll’ page) 🙂

I noticed how despite having re-enrolled several times when prompted in the past, it would keep prompting. I guess that might’ve been because something was *that* broken.

So when hellsite was still bringing up that passkey prompt when I already did the reenrolment.. that was probably because it didn’t actually work despite going through as if it was successful.
Now that the deadline had been hit. well, kinda locked out from the account as the issue is still present.
