✍🏻 Spent 20 minutes doing some light line editing on ch. 14 of Charon. During my second readthrough, I found the ending a bit flat. I also reviewed my notes for the epilogue.

✍🏻 Spent an hour on ch. 14 of Charon. I just wrote the last line of the penultimate chapter! Ch. 14 has 6,283 words. The fic, excluding the epilogue, has 100,831 words!
🎃 Funny story: yesterday, a construction crew (not my service provider) installed new internet lines. They cut mine just b/c.

I have read fanfiction that is as good as—or even better than—traditionally published works.

Extra: the popularity of bookbinding fanfiction has blown the lid on how the fanfic/trad lit barrier is effectively non-existent.
