Judge cuts bail for West Linn doctor accused of sexual abuse One hundred eighty former patients have accused David Farley of sexual abuse. Three are included in a criminal case.

On Wednesday, Judge Katherine Weber reduced Farley’s bail to $100,000 at the request of his defense attorney, Stephen Houze. This means Farley will need to post 10% of that amount — $10,000 — to get out of Clackamas County Jail.
