Am I the only person who finds all the “Oscars”brouhaha rather grotesque? On the one hand, let’s celebrate art and the happiness it gives. Conversely, this over exposure seems like Nero playing fiddle. I would have loved to see the participants boycott the events, or show some resistance.

Actually, @chrismurphyct.bsky.social is a strong Senator from my home state. At least he admitted his error. Hopefully this lesson will teach all Dems that the “gloves are off” and that trying to be humane, cordial, and bipartisan has no merit with the current regime.
