November is National Veterans & Military Families Appreciation Month, a time to recognize the incredible strength, resilience, and sacrifice of those who have served, and the loved ones who stand beside them.

Flagstaff Residents! We just received notification that Xcel is shutting down power from 7am to 3:30pm tomorrow for power line maintenance.

Station 10 has backup power and will be able to respond to an emergency if needed.

MVFR crews are on scene of a multiple vehicle crash on Interstate 25 in the northbound lanes at mile marker 242, which is just north of Colorado Highway 119.

At least two lanes are currently blocked and there is heavy traffic building. Please avoid the area, or slow down if that is not possible.

🚩 Red Flag Warning: Critical Fire Weather Conditions 🚩

The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for tomorrow, Monday, December 30th from 7AM until 5PM.

Expected very strong, gusty winds (45-60+ mph, up to 75 mph near the foothills) and dry fuels will create critical fire weather conditions. Despite humidity levels staying above 15%, the recent dryness and lack of snow cover mean very high to extreme grassland fire danger.

Stay alert and take precautions to prevent fires.
