Hand written notes describing what appears to be the start of an annual petroleum and resources industry dinner found in ABARE archives in Canberra. The notes are undated but they appear to have been created in 1989.

In Slick, I wrote about how the country's oil and gas industry leadership met at regular dinners to discuss issues like climate change and coordinate their views/responses. I spent a few days last week in the archives and it appears the Australian government helped get them started in 1990.
