Harvest Hosts Fun! Today we are at one that offers Emu eggs. We have never had or seen an Emu egg so we dove right in to try it. Cracking it was no easy task. Scrambled (1=12 reg eggs) it was a fluffy creamy texture and rich in flavor, paired with our fresh brisket/home fries! #emu #farmtotable
