Wondering if this applies to a whole house ventilation system like MVHR or a modern office with central AC and a couple of air changes per hour? I had assumed more air changes is good because it removes stale air with 🦠 in it. Is this wrong?

That's interesting; hadn't heard of that before. Is it because typical retrofit AC is recirculating the stale air in one room or just air currents more generally, e.g. from supply to extract moving viral particles around?

Oh yes, should have done this first, hello Bluesky! We are two #architects Will and Jenny who live and work on the beautiful #isleofmull. Our work is rural and we know what it’s like to build in remote locations. Eco friendly; we’re building our own #clt #passivehouse with woodfibre insulation.
