Last month I visited Thames Hospice and met some of their incredible community team who care for up to 400 patients every day in their own homes - thank you to them and all our local hospice staff who do so much to provide essential services across our community

Thames Hospice and Alexander Devine Children's Hospice have received over £800,000 as part of a £75million investment into hospices by the government

That's more money for:
🏡 building and upgrading facilities
🖥️ upgrading tech
🛏️ buying essential equipment

🍎 Rolling out mental health support in every school

This morning, I met with Minister McKinnell to discuss local challenges with SEND

The Government will be setting out its draft proposals for SEND reform in the Autumn. I'm determined we get more support for more children, more quickly
