I tell myself this every time I get takeout or order pre-made meals. Ancient Roman apartment dwellers didn't cook for themselves, so why am I expected to?

I actually love cooking and my kids will eat vegetables just fine but sometimes you have to pick your battles and sometimes the battle is laundry! Preprepped food is as old as civilisation; the workload was always meant to be shared
