As Nicowlas had invited her to his Hallowlween party, Powla wanted to look a bit... satanical. "I can help you with that", Bud Butterfly announced. Agreed, butterfly wings weren't exactly the same thing as devil horns. But if you looked from a little distance, the effect was very convincing. 😈

To give everyowl a proper Hallowlween fright, Owlizabeth was planning to reenact the scariest scenes from "Draculowl: The Bloodthirsty Feathery Phantom Of The Night". The film started with Draculowl emerging from his tomb. Liz was lacking a costume but made up for it by glaring extra vampirically.

Owlfred loved Monday mornings. He couldn't wait going back to work after a long tedious weekend, he was full of energy and brilliant ideas.

Jessicowl and Randowlph had bought an extremely modern door for their rather old-fashioned Burrow. It was supposed to appear like the entrance to a futurist world. Noowl dared to tell them it looked cheap and fabricated by humans.

Someowl had lost a red object in the desert sand. "Might be a MaBuGA cap", Owlexander guessed, "Make Burrows Great Again." - "Seems the owner doesn't want it anymore", Owlizabeth said. "You're never too old to learn."

It might, sooner or later. So far, Cranes are dying in their hundreds already, and wild Geese and Ducks are also affected. Farmers and zookeepers try to keep all their Geese, Chickens etc. indoors.

The big disadvantage of being the youngest in the family: Your siblings are always taller. Although Owlexander had explained to everyowl how feathers kept you dry und safe,Jessicowl still complained about the rain. Being the gentowlman he was (ahem), Owlex unfolded the umbrellowl he had invented, and protected the Lady. It was totally inappropriate of Owlfred to give a meaningful whistle.

Tauber (und andere Gestalten, die nichts zu verlieren haben, wie der rechte Historiker Rödder) wird jetzt vorgeschickt als Testballon, weil die CDU wissen will, wie so ein Pro-AfD-Vorstoß allgemein ankommt. Erbärmlich.

Some big Bird with very little headfeathers had told Owlga and Owlfred there was danger and disruption coming from the left. They decided to be on the lookout, especially because according to Big Bird, the left was everywhere. Owlga had an inkling the real danger might actually be Big Bird himself.

Feathers keep out the rain. Period. In case you ever wanted to know why Owls don't need raincoats or brollies: Their feathers are perfectly rainproof. No droplet disturbs an Owl's serenity, no downpour will make anyowl run for cover.
That said, Owlexander wondered why his noggin felt so wet.

Burrowing Owls are quite good at playing hide & seek.They are specialists in getting into hiding! "We have the same color as the earth around us", Owlizabeth explained. "If we don't want to be seen, noowl will see us." Which would have been true if Owlga hadn't forgotten not to get herself skylined.
