Not necessarily. If it’s an A high board then probably yes as people just play too much Ax live. But on different runouts if you can narrow their range to middle pairs then you don’t need the best kicker for this line.

We arrive at river in position with top pair after calling a turn bet. When draw got there on the river and they bet into us with the same bet amount as turn, we can often raise for value because most would bet bigger with a completed draw. #poker #livecash
