I made the mistake of deciding I wanted the game for PS5 too late. I ordered it on Best Buy the day before it came out, for store pick-up. It says there's a delay. Even if I wanted to go to a different Best Buy, the soonest I could get it is the 24th in a different state!

I now have the vinyl, CDs and monolith set coming early next year. They know their fans well.

I only have read the first two volumes of Secrets of the Silent Witch but I love the first episode of the anime adaptation so far. Great animation for sure, with all the magic. Monica deserves all the good things!

Sometimes I just wanna read my fics during my break. And people are either talking about work or socializing. I gotta start bringing big headphones again to get the message across.

I didn't want to specify ships because there are people who prefer no romance but...yes. For me, discovering new ships for sure. 🚢

I've been excited for Expedition 33 ever since it was revealed and somehow every aspect of the game itself blew my expectations out of the water. My husband and I love it so much. As the one review said, it's a generational game. You all deserve all the awards! Give Monoco a treat for his work too!

Picked up our #Switch2 less than 20 minutes after midnight at our local Best Buy, along with a pro controller and Rune Factory Guardians of Azuma. Too bad I have to go to work tomorrow and even earlier than usual. Yay working 13 hours instead of trying out our new Nintendo Switch 2!

I have finally beaten THAT post-game boss. Achievements for them and final journal entry were all worth it. Clair Obscur Expedition 33 really one of the best games I've ever played in all aspects.

I have quite the backlog but I need to do New Game Plus for the story again. Tomorrow comes. 🎭🤺🖌️🏆

I've been staying up late every single night since Expedition 33 came out. I'm either playing it, listening to it or it's playing in my head in the silence. I really don't want to be at work right now...

Oh, it's amazing! I had 3 days off work and I'm supposed to be coming back rested. I've been playing until 4 or 5am since it came out and my eyes are red...
The music is absolutely amazing, the characters are amazing and there's so much to explore. Last RPG I played was Metaphor and this is better!

Man, I was expecting the combat to be like Mario RPGs but it is definitely more brutal and mandatory. Parrying is pretty much mandatory and the timing is tight.

The day they announced it, my husband and I were ecstatic. Everything we heard and saw since (fans of Golden Sun!?) just made us more excited but we tried to tone it down in case the hype was overblown. But I am happy to say it is not! How am I supposed to go to work and sleep when I want to play?

My husband has horrible rhythm skills and avoids rhythm games like the plague while I love them and do pretty well. But he plays soulslikes and is way better at parrying than me. It's probably also determination that he keeps trying until he gets it down pat and I'm just frustrated at missing.

This is my biggest game and RPG I was looking forward to this year. If there is also a FF9 remaster/remake, I would just die of happiness. I would need no other RPG this year.

Should be approaching end of Act I today myself. It's been a blast so far even if I am definitely not as good at parries as my husband. @salvan0s.bsky.social graciously helped me out at some parts. I've been anticipating this game since it was announced and am relieved it is the experience it is.

I am so glad that the soundtrack of @expedition33.bsky.social is on Bandcamp! I don't do Steam and would rather have my music locally especially when I'm driving in a dead zone vs streaming. Currently listening to Éveil at work because I can't play until I go home.
