Still reflecting on my #ASHE2024 experience. I had a great time (re)connecting with folks. Still weird when you meet someone in person for the first time and you've been citing them forever! Lol. Shouts out to my presentation team and CSU RAMily.

Witnessing a session on autistic college students' experiences this morning at #ASHE2024. Our chair asked, "what would an unmasking space look like at ASHE?"...🤯. I think this is a powerful question!

Today at #ASHE2024 I thought about how few times I've shared my identities at work/in academic spaces. The newer pro of the past was really open and somehow over the last few years that's been "practiced out"...shout out to those who tell us WHO they are before they say what they do. 💚
