Queen of treasure isle is an INCREDIBLE puzzle platformer metroidvania type thing, full of the best pixel art around and enough secrets to keep you puzzling for days. I can't recommend it enough, but i'll try because it ABSOLUTELY deserves as much.

Okay, I picked up Queen of Treasure Isle, at the suggestion of @bimbo.city and yep, this game has THE SAUCE.

It's an exploration-heavy, combat-light metroidvania by Gobou, the sprite artist that does those rad Yume Nikki fan animations, seemingly inspired a bit by cult NES classic Atlantis No Nazo.
