I have recently heard his supporters saying Drumpf doesn’t actually intend to take the illegal and dangerous actions he has proposed/floated, but rather these are just a ploy to create more favorable conditions for negotiations.

Be aware of which companies you patronize and don’t give your business to these organizations. Refuse to be an exploited worker when possible (either resist the policies or, where possible, find a job with an organization that appreciates and fairly compensates you for your efforts).

The working masses have control simply because we have the numbers. Leaders cannot force an organized work force to sacrifice quality of life and accept unfair, exploitive management practices if workers simply refuse to accept those terms.

As long as good, smart, hard working people continue to line up for the opportunity to work for leaders who view them with contempt - leaders who see workers as merely a means to extend the leaders’ wealth without concern for the impact of the chaos and stress created by the demands of
