I've never liked the name RSD. It's too specific IMHO. It's not always about "rejection" (and "sensitive" brings some baggage). To me, it's more an outsize reaction to negative feedback or outcome, real or anticipated.

This thread connects some dots for me. I knew about ADHD and RSD, but I didn't fully understand the link. What I'd decided: it's the inability to prioritize. Brain struggles to differentiate risk of "eaten by lion" from "feel awkward on phone call". They both register as full-on existential threats.

If you read the testimonies of the people starving to death in Gaza you'll realise that they had normal lives and jobs two years ago. They worked in IT, they were chefs or nurses, they had small businesses, they underwent IVF, they cooked big family meals. They are no different to you or me.
