How's this for irony:
People go on about "Wales voted Leave", but research found that it was English born residents who swung the vote.
So, in terms of "foreigners stealing an election", it's a case in point!

βNo matter how the Prime Minister tries to redefine offensive as defensive, this is a slippery slope. He must not let Trump drag Britain into another prolonged war in the Middle East.β
Well said Ed Davey...
We dont have money for social care but we have hundreds of millions to protect the people who just started a war killing a schools worth of kids on day one. And the Greens are extremists

Shame on you Clive Myrie.
Makes me laugh when people are adamant that the big issue is, apparently, under 16s on social media rather than, you know, social media itself...

28.02.2026 15:51 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The Iranian people deserve to live free from a brutal regime. Donald Trump's unilateral and illegal military action won't deliver freedom, peace and security. It will only unleash more bloodshed.
28.02.2026 12:26 β π 337 π 53 π¬ 8 π 5I know, it beggars belief. Labour is literally doubling down on the whole "tack to the right" policy that has got them in their current mess - even without McSweeney pulling the strings.
28.02.2026 15:44 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0And it would be far more accurate. Suggesting people who supports a humane immigration system are "bourgeois" is about as Matt Goodwin as you can get without specifically using the word "elite"
28.02.2026 15:38 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0That headline could just as easily read "Shabana Mahmood to sacrifice decent people in favour of racists"

"The Green Party wants to see a world without borders, until this happens the Green Party will implement a fair and humane system of managed immigration where people can move if they wish to do so."
Anyone suggesting that the GP's "policy" is open borders is disingenuous AF. Looking at you Mahmood.
Furthermore - all this stuff about family voting being levelled at the Greens specifically when, even if it did go on, we wouldn't know which party was receiving the votes, as it is a secret ballot; hence the whole issue around family voting in the first place!

US foreign policy is pretty much the same as it has been since WWII, it has never changed, even post Cold War - whether Iran in 1953, Cuba in the 60s onwards, Iraq in 2003, Venezuela/Iran in 2026 etc. Suggesting that fact is somehow disproved by different personnel in place is the weird thing.
Bye.
Nonsense, not to mention a complete false equivalence.

If you think the US wants regime change in Iran to restore freedom, then read some history.
In 1953, US/UK led a coup & removed a *secular democratic government* to control their oil via a puppet dictator, the Shah. Everything following, including arming Saddam's Iraq, was a direct result of this
Finally got round to listening yesterday. Absolutely fascinating.
