I have spent the last two years documenting the critically endangered red wolves that only live in the wild in Eastern NC. This is the breeding male Finch, AKA 2191, brought to the Alligator River Wildlife Refuge to mate with the oldest breeding female, who lost her mate to a vehicle strike.
