Her face has a slight smirk to it, making it easy to tell that she’s a haughty upper-class noble. To her left swas a shorter maid, her brunette hair curled behind her head in a bun. The maid has a gentler smile, and seemed to be subtly staring at the lady, as if giving her all her attention. She’s wearing a very noteworthy choker too, with a rose themed gem in the center. The lady is Lucinda Rosewood and the maid is Rosalind Pemberton.

@pastrypal.bsky.social also made art for the third chapter of The Rose Maid in Bloom! This is the painting described in the second and third sections of this chapter, and is either an inanimate transformation or a spiritual possession depending on how you look at it.

A strange magician challenged Bea to a battle, with a vague bet she should have thought more of. Now as the looser, she's stuck limp on her side of the Arena. She took a smug farewell from the magician, stuck with a lock jawed scowl for her next challenger to find.
