Update: We're CLOSED this weekend due to illness. We're sorry, friends! We'd hoped that we'd be all clear by the weekend but that didn't end up working out. Our Book Club meeting this Sunday will also be postponed, date to be announced soon.

UPDATE: We're closed today, Friday 9/26, as well. Thank you for your patience while we recover, friends! We plan to be back in the stacks tomorrow for Falloween in the REO Town Marketplace!

Thank you to everyone again who came out and celebrated with us for this year's Lansing Lit festival! We had a wonderful time and are so grateful to be a part of this vibrant community of bookworms.

We're going to have to call today a bookstore sick day, friends. We're so sorry for any inconvenience! We hope to get back to our usual hours Friday, 9/26, but we'll update you all here if that changes.

If you have any concerns about our hours, please don't hesitate to message us or email us at wayfaringbooksellers@gmail.com. Our neighbors inside the REO Town Marketplace have nothing to do with our hours since we are separate businesses, so please don't direct questions at them when we aren't open!

Wayfaring Booksellers is hosting a Community Craft Day from 9:30 am to 11 am on Saturday, September 20. Bring a creative project you've been working on and chat with local creatives while you craft, or use provided materials to make a bookmark! Coffee & donuts will be provided while supplies last.

New this week! Three Parties by Ziyad Saadi is a modern reimagining of Victoria Woolf's Mrs. Dalloway. Follow Firas Dareer, a twenty-three-year-old Palestinian refugee, as he plans his elaborate coming out around his birthday dinner party with close friends and family. Chaos, as expected, follows.

Wayfaring Booksellers is closed today, 8/28! The plan is to be back in the stacks & open our usual hours of 11 am - 6 pm Friday & Saturday and 12 pm - 5 pm Sunday. In the meantime, you can always peruse our stock on our website and order books to be picked up in store or shipped anywhere in the US.
