I do not know how many I have killed. I stopped counting. I think a part of me still hates what I do. But I know that a guilty conscience is a small price to pay for our continued existence. I can live with it.

I CAN live with it…

My powers have continued to grow. The narrative threads lingering around the dead of those I knew and understood have strengthened me and allowed me to use the powers of their previous owners. These stories, tragically struck from the records shall remain part of me.
I will not let them die.

I often think, why did it have to to end this way? Only to be reminded that it didn’t have to. This was completely avoidable. It was only through the hostile and evil decisions made by the SCP foundation that led to this terrible conflict. What once was a seething hatred is now cool and calm.

Every time I write one of these journal entries, I feel as though I’ve lived an entire lifetime since the last one. I’ve watched so many people die. So many stories tragically cut short. The futility of their actions, hopes, and dreams weighs on me. 🧵

But what I do know is, that silver thread remains on my arm, it is part of me, and I am part of it. Arnold story will live on within me, and I will fight to prevent more of these precious stories from being cut short.

From that point, I remember very little. Bright flashes, searing pain, the loudest thing I’ve ever heard, and then darkness. When I woke, I was in the infirmary back at the primary site. Until this day, I had never taken a life. I don’t know how I can forgive myself from what I’ve done.

There was no time for fear, no time for thought, only action. Only the feeling of my hands, fusing flesh and bone to the walls of the corridor. Only the terrified screams of those agents as their weapons became lodged in their bodies. The screams were silenced as I fused their mouth shut.

His power, to fuse objects on a molecular level, had become mind to command. I suddenly gained in an eight knowledge on how to manipulate the very structures of molecules. I tied this thread around my arm tightly and ran into the fray. Bullets flew by my head, but I did not fear them.

The thread, with its shimmering light was fading, and I grasped at it desperately. I took a hold of it and was met with a sensation unlike any other I had experienced before. All of that potential flowed into me. His story, became part of mine, and I knew immediately what had happened.

It was more than just his life force, it was his story. A story that will never be told because it was cut short needlessly by the actions of those who value, above all else, total and absolute power. I felt a rage building up inside of me, above the din of battle I raised my voice in anguish.

Looking upon the lifeless body of Arnold, something in me, began to stir. I saw, winding around him and trailing off into the infinite distance, a silver thread, radiating the light of what could’ve been. It glowed with all of the potential that was wasted by the evil of the foundation.

Now I have come to understand that I was just a tool for them to use. A collaborator whose role was to make the atrocities somewhat more palatable to the victims. No wonder they pushed me so hard to stop the Revolution. That’s the real reason they wanted me there.

Oh how I have come to hate the foundation. I always knew they were doing things that were against my ethical code, but I had always told myself. At least they’re allowing me to help in what little ways I can.

Our therapy sessions were difficult complex as our relationship was stressed from the very beginning. It was only after the uprising that I began to know him outside of a professional setting. He was kind, dedicated, and a ray of sunshine in such a dark time. He deserved so much more.

As you can imagine, such an extraction would be traumatizing to nearly anyone, but Arnold‘s containment was particularly agonizing as he was set to go home for a winter break to say goodbye to his mother who was dying of cancer. Arnold never got to say goodbye to his family and his mother.

The body of a young man named Arnold that I had met several months prior. He was a college student who was taken out of his classes after he began to accidentally fuse his body with objects on a molecular level. The foundation, hearing reports of this, put a bag on his head and dropped him off here.

Something in particular has happened that has challenged my beliefs about myself and the validity of the claims SCP foundation made about my SCP classification.

Two weeks ago, I was caught in the crossfire between two patrols while searching for survivors among the dead.

The FCP has taken full control of the site and two other neighboring sites. Multiple alliances have been formed with other groups of interests, including the Global Occult Coalition, the Serpent’s Hand, and the Chaos Insurgency.
