The two things I know for sure:

1.) AI is the ultimate knowledge box that uplifts our society by containing and collating all of human progress.

2.) When AI is asked to do anything vaguely complicated, it’ll just say, “Got it, Chief” and make up an answer like a co-worker who flaked on a project.

The ps5 pro edition or pc version are both very good. With the upcoming pssr2 upgrade you probably can’t go wrong. It’s more that it’s not *possible* to run on a switch or deck (but it can).

most big rpgs are filled with areas, but even the ones with personality (elden ring) aren't really *places*. But this? All places. Too many places. It's bullshit and there's zero chance it can run on the switch (I lie to myself. It will. Somehow.)

yup, it drags a bit. But it also takes the time to make the pilgrimage feel like a journey, and doesn't skimp on any of the supporting cast or locations.

It makes the third game feel impossible in scale, except most of it is built here. Like, you are looking right at it in disbelief

This bit in the From Russia With Love game made me laugh out loud. You've got a fairly grounded, low key fight based on the one in the movie, then the most video game looking fucker of all time slides into frame.

Oh and the entire voice cast are bangers. Especially kain and raziel, but most of the rest, too.

Legacy of kain is one of the better time travel stories (any medium). Fun world rules and use of vampires to follow long term consequences. Good characters ala Amy hennig. But the games themselves play rough. I used a walkthrough. And you’d want to start at the beginning.
