It's been a busy year here at Te Rau Herenga o Aotearoa and we want to celebrate all the things we have achieved this year. It has been a year of change, growth and some wonderful achievements, and we're grateful to have shared the journey with you.

This year, LIANZA set up a new standing committee on AI to provide leadership, resources, and advice to guide the sector in engaging with AI confidently, ethically, and effectively.

At LIANZA 2025 Conference we celebrated the 2025 Fellows: Elizabeth Jones, Joan Simpson, Laurinda Thomas and Richy Misilei. And the 2025 Associate Award winners: Dianne Mears, Izzy Zang, Laura Caygill, Trina Schuster, Lois Haddon, Mathew Logan, Melanie Brebnar, Natasha Morris and Rachel Fischer.

LIANZA has launched this standing committee to strengthen sector capability and put people and knowledge at the heart of AI adoption. EOIs close on Friday 12 September 5pm.
