I see. Since revealing a person's heart and respiration rate does not seem to be much of a security violation, I am guessing the concern is she is wearing a device that is masquerading as a Whoop and has other capabilities.

Waters Of March (Aguas De Marco)
YouTube video by AntΓ΄nio Carlos Jobim - Topic Waters Of March (Aguas De Marco)

Enjoy a song to welcome March.

"Afloat, adrift
A flight, a wing
A hawk, a quail
The promise of spring

And the riverbank talks
Of the waters of March
It's the promise of life
It's the joy in your heart"

View on my morning walk Sunday 1 March.

Yesterday we enjoyed sun and high of 50Β°F / 10Β°C which then froze with this morning's 30Β°F / -1Β°C. Dogs and I trekked to the back pasture (mostly) on top of the snow. Once there I proceeded to sink to my knees. Glimpsed a last hint of sun. Now it is snowing.

The furry Slovenian monsters who chase winter away [FREE TO READ] Every year, the weird, Womble-like β€˜kurents’ gather in a medieval town in northeast Slovenia for one of the world’s most flamboyant carnivals

From the photos it looks like she is wearing a Whoop. Hard to tell for sure. Whoop is a fitness tracker not a smart watch. This would explain why she wears a watch and tracker.

Picture of Marjane Satrapi alongside a quote from her. The quote reads:

The world is not divided into countries. The world is not divided between East and West. You are American, I am Iranian, we don't know each other, but we talk together and we understand each other perfectly. The difference between you and your government is much bigger than the difference between you and me. And the difference between me and my government is much bigger than the difference between me and you.

And our governments are very much the same...

- Marjane Satrapi, Iranian-French graphic novelist

Thinking about this quote from Persepolis creator Marjane Satrapi again.

Painting that looks like a comic book panel showing a fighter pilot in a cockpit shooting down a plane, with text: That was their mistake - because it gave me more targets than I could shoot at" and "No. 4! One more to make ace!"

This is probably either a really good or really bad time to point out that this classic Roy Lichtenstein Pop art painting from 1962, showing a fighter pilot shooting down a military jet, is in the collection of the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art www.lichtensteincatalogue.org/catalogue/en...

and you look down on the train at the person in front of you who's tied their shoelaces in a different way and you wonder, I wonder if they invented that.
Or who did?"

But if you sit and cross two threads and then the next day cross three more and then you move them over a little bit to the left or a little bit to the right or you tie your shoelaces in a new way

And the immense accumulation of information that were taking in now it tends to be a masidan... tends to be a sort of mixture that finally one thing cancels out the other. It's so overwhelming.

Something to think about. Artist Sheila Hicks says:

"If you work with thread material and you just do a cross stitch and you go to bed at night and wake up in the morning, you're going to see that cross stitch.

They won't start with banning birth control. First they'll lie about it. Then dictate who can prescribe it, use it, fund it, in what forms, and for how long. Suddenly, your doctor won't call you back. I know this is what they'll do because it's what they're doing to transgender healthcare right now.
