Diving into the history of 2 Tone Records, the Coventry label that brought together ska, reggae and punk to create a fresh, energetic new sound. Founded in 1979 by Jerry Dammers of The Specials, 2 Tone shaped a generation of British music. 🎶

The first sound you hear in Shaun of the Dead? The Specials’ ‘Ghost Town’. An opening cue that turns North London into exactly what the lyrics foretold. 🧟‍♂️
