I've been not streaming because watching others play OT2 has consumed me. But now I am ready, and the next casual has been decided. A certain Zero saga. Coming up very soon (hopefully).

I am once again trapped in Octopath Routing limbo.

Just played Alabaster Dawn demo and oh boy it was amazing. Can't remember the last time I had so much fun with combat in an action game. I was already on the fence but now for sure its gonna be a Day 1 purchase for me.

My contribution to the wplace bandwagon - love Warrior Castti.

I lied it was not a one and done. Tweaked the route a bit, and NOW we're done. This could of course be faster (three deaths to ambushes + one death to a boss) but overall it was decently lucky and had ok execution, so we take it. Now we're back to Galdera AKA Temmy Casino.

Turns out the two guys I know IRL that are super into making all kinds of AI content like videos and stuff are also the two worst human beings I know IRL.

Funny how that works.

Happy Silksong Day to those who celebrate. I'm late to the party and just catching up on my first Hollow Knight playthrough, but someday I'll be there....maybe....

Something I found today. A trip (heh) down memory lane.

Little side project: I routed a duo category for Octopath Traveler II (Castti & Ochette). Spent the last couple of weeks working on it and honestly it was a lot of fun, and I think the route turned out real nice. Probably a one and done if I'm being honest, still need to return to Galdera RTA.

Beat Chained Echoes today. Had a lot of fun with it. The story was very good altho at times it suffers from poor writing and poor tone, and the battle system takes awhile to get going - its pretty rough at the start with limited resources. Overall a very enjoyable experience tho.

Yet again I find myself working on multiple mistakes at the same time.

I'm thinking of DQRTA.

Still thinking about me actually seeing a coworker typing like a 8-y.o. into ChatGPT and asking it to "make him sound professional". I thought yall we're exaggerating about the AI brainrot.

Started playing Chained Echoes. Fun game so far, I think the battle system is very intriguing.

Got 'em. Unlucky early game, but rest of the run was mostly very good. Happy with this time for Consistent Route, now its time to figure out what I want to do next.

NeoExdeath down! We are done for this year. Very fun fiestas.

Fiesta #2: Omega and Shinryu down! Just big Neo dude, will take on him tomorrow or Friday.

Will probably be my last run this Fiesta, but very glad I decided to do two runs this time around.

Second fiesta team is set: Time Mage/Dancer/Bard/Samurai.

Much more balanced than last time, and when in doubt, I can always Gil Toss.

Knight/BERSERKSER/Ninja/Dragoon

Pure physical power. Glad I got the Ninja though. Also shoutouts to me miscounting and Dragoon Faris jumping over all enraged NeoExdeath attacks for the win.

Even tho it took me like 16 hrs that was fun, might do a second one.

Update: did some offline grinding hours and actually managed to beat ExDeath first try.

Just gave a ninja a Reflect Ring, and spammed Image and Phoenix Downs on the zerker as needed for them to wake up, slap a 3k hit and take a nap again.

More fiesta tomorrow!

I'm thinking of doing a funny Octopath Traveler II 4JF-esque playthrough, where I randomly roll 4 characters with 4 random jobs, and just try to beat all of their stories. Should be fun.
