Same I also stated as a lab tech! Had a short spell in HE as a lab manager and then back into HE in a student support role.

A6 #LTHEchat Answering my own question here, but all of the mattering moments that we create for students and colleagues are difficult to measure in today's metricised HE, so not valued institutions often, but so important and feed into belonging and the student experience.

A3 Make sure line mangers have the power and power over budgets to make decisions that are related to CPD or clear policies and guidelines around this and promotions and awards related to this. #LTHEChat

A2 #LTHEChat yes, but flourishing looks different for everyone so we need to let everyone flourish in their own way. There is a danger that something that can be measured will be used to show flourishing.
