Indeed. There isn’t a magic formula. Just be open, and trust your instincts. Generally, folks are understanding if you actively listen to them and clearly articulate your rationale along with its system-wide implications.

Preach! I’ve also found myself telling people “not yet” more often, as some ideas just need time to mature and connect with the rest of the system.

I know! I was talking about title case. I’m sure AI can produce a 25+ pages document about it, but to me it’s pretty damn obvious. I don’t know why title case got so popular, especially in the US.
