The Israeli and US attack on Iran is morally repugnant. It is calculated only to benefit an elite of racist, Islamophobic warmongers. It will not benefit Iranians or ordinary people anywhere on earth.

This is regarding the state of IL v. Nicholas "neo not-see Nick" Fuentes and his charge of battery stemming from a violent incident that occurred on Nov. 10, 2024. I will put a link or two in the comments, but Fuentes turned himself in to the Berwyn, IL Police Department and was charged with battery after he pushed me down the stairs, breaking six of my ribs, stole my phone and stomped on it, breaking my phone as well. This Friday, Feb. 27, Fuentes and his attorney will either follow-through as agreed-upon months ago to show the judge that the conditions of his deferred prosecution as outlined by the IL State's Attorney's office have been met or they will delay for the 14th* time. If his attorney tries for another continuance, the deferred prosecution offer will be null and void, and he will go through with a trial. This seems to be the only way to get accountability and an end to this mockery of the criminal justice system and waste of taxpayer dollars. I have a suspicion that one reason Fuentes's counsel doesn't communicate with the State's Attorney's office on the case and let them know their plans until the 11th hour (if that) is to prevent me from getting the word out. Nah, you don't get to control me. If delaying again is their choice, that's their choice. If that is their choice, Fuentes is going to trial. In the meantime, I have a voice and I'm going to use it to point out the glaring injustices of our legal system. This guy gets to go gallivanting around, dancing to a song called "Heil H*tler" in Miami, espousing that women should all be in gulags until they get sorted out by dudes like him, saying that Black people, in general, should be in prison, urging people to destroy the Capitol on Jan. 6, etc. and refuses to take accountability for his battery of me. He also, somehow, has millions of followers. Well, let those millions of incels, bigots and Eva Brauns learn that there are consequences to abhorrent behavior, too. They need to know that.

If Fuentes and his lawyer are indeed holding off on confirming his court date -- agreed upon month after month -- in order to also keep me from getting the word out until it's too late to benefit, here are the details. I will update it when I know what is or is not happening with the case. It is incredibly frustrating and maddening but I intend to see it through. * I am guessing his attorney asks for extension after extension to drag things out and hope we drop the case. Why the continuances are always granted and why the defense in this case seemingly gets to make all the choices is beyond me.

Last yr, a judge in IL ordered Nick Fuentes to apologize to Marla Rose in court as part of a deferred prosecution agreement, but Fuentes has been granted 13 continuations. On Fri, Fuentes is set to apologize to Rose again. Fuentes was charged for assaulting Rose in Nov 2024.
