We never ironed tea towels, but ours were terrycloth and perhaps not so suitable for such. I have ironed pillowcases and top sheets, which are great when first used. I have ironed jeans, but not so much anymore. They're hung by the cuffs for last bit of drying, so not as wrinkled.

Personally don't like the practice, but it's common here. I asked the funeral home guys To close Mom's casket before friend and I entered the church (we were last). They wouldn't do it at Dad's funeral so I stayed outside. Not the way I wanted to remember them.

Greg's such a kind person and he's stunned. He has yet to let himself cry because of the kids + getting all the funeral stuff ready.
