The Nuggets just announced the Jonas Valanciunas-Dario Saric trade has been processed.

Spencer Jones didn't make a shot, but his activity on the defensive end was pretty loud. He's a smart player and didn't force it, finishing with 1 point on 0-3 FG, 0-2 3PT with a couple of rebounds and a steal. Not sure Summer League is the best platform for what he brings.

It felt like Tamar Bates grew into the game. The start was a little disjointed, but there was enough to like in the final three quarters. Bates scores 8 points on 9 shots and records three steals. Would like to see him play a little more on Saturday.

Hunter Tyson played like he was trying to enjoy Vegas for the remainder of Summer League. Started hot, finished 4-14 from the field, 1-6 from 3. He balanced that with 11 rebounds and a couple of steals. Would like to see more efficiency before he enjoys the strip.

Not sure how the Summer Nuggs recover from Jamaree Bouyea's game-winner, but here's a takeaway from the four roster guys:
DaRon Holmes II: Gotta feel good about the return. Holmes goes 3-5 from 3, really liked the recovery block in 1H and pump fake into a driving finish in 2H.

David Adelman says he sees Jonas Valanciunas as a point center, who doesn’t need a true PG in the same lineup. DA names DeMarcus Cousins as Denver’s last back-up C who had a similar skillset to Nikola Jokic.

I think we can consider the Bruce Brown signing official:

It's a small salary cap detail. If it's one trade, Denver doesn't have to use a trade exception that would leave them hard-capped at the first apron, I believe.

It's beneficial for the Nuggets to combine the Valanciunas-Saric trade and the Michael Porter Jr.-Cam Johnson trade into one transaction, so I wouldn't expect anything official on either front for a few days. Don't think there's any cause for concern.

For what it's worth, the Saric-Valanciunas trade hasn't been processed yet. Teams are still working through physicals/salary cap stuff. Nothing official between Valanciunas and the Nuggets can happen until the trade is official.

The Nuggets have informed Jonas Valanciunas' representatives that the franchise "fully intends to have him honor his contract," according to Shams Charania. There has been mutual interest between Valanciunas and Greek club Panathinaikos in recent days.

Trey Alexander will not be back with the Nuggets, I'm told. Alexander was G League Rookie of the Year last season and averaged 25.8 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 1.7 steals for Grand Rapids. He played in 24 games for the Nuggets as a rookie.

Andrew Munson will again coach the Nuggets at Summer League, I'm told.

Sounds like the Nuggets are prioritizing improvement via free agency instead of trades.

Tenzer says there's a good chance some of the two-way guys from last year are back. One spot is reportedly taken by Tamar Bates, a guard out of Missouri. Sound like they'll evaluate it through Summer League.
