Found this Red Tail Hawk waiting on the 10th tee for me today at my home golf course. Not unusual to see them here in Texas, but not on the ground. Others saw him around also, all on the ground, even on the driving range. I suspect he may be injured

Recently got a lot of fillers, but I particularly like this set of US stamps from 1993, Sporting Horses Issues. As my family is in the horse business, I’m especially fond of stamps that show horse as magnificent athletes.

In St. Louis so before heading to the airport went to visit the Gateway Arch. Built as a monument to the westward expansion of the United States and officially dedicated to “the American people”, the Arch is commonly referred to as “The Gateway to the West”!
