I think the real problem of getting stuck with computers out of all the hobbies I could do when I'm at a loose end is that it's completely sat down and can be done in bed, so I end up losing any kind of routine I might otherwise have, I don't even get out of bed to do it, let alone move or stretch

It's like a survival mechanism to stop my brain from turning to mush by making sure I'm solving logic problems and learning new things when I'm otherwise not doing very much

You can tell it's been too long since I had proper work bc that's always when my brain goes back to coding and computers
