In 1857 the US Supreme Court ruled 7–2 in Dred Scott that African Americans (free or enslaved) were not citizens under our Constitution. In 2024 the Court ruled 6-3 that Trump (as POTUS) is immune from criminal prosecution. This is a Dred Scott level ruling: Baseless. Shamefully and political!
