It’s 1am, I’m tired and rambling. I’ve been listening to way too many thoughtful podcasts lately, so now I’m convinced I’m deeply wise ✌🏻

Calling things out is important. But so is recognising that people aren’t static. Humans learn, grow and reflect all the time.

When it comes to public figures we don’t know personally, we need to stop assuming we know anything about their growth unless there’s solid evidence.

People are allowed to mess up without it meaning they’ve subscribed to an entire ideology. Sometimes it’s just ignorance. Or poor judgment. Or both.

Not everything is as black and white as people want it to be. It’s wild to decide someone’s whole moral character from one moment.
