I have to respectfully disagree, not a lot of people are going to put in the work to own the original releases of games or the hardware to run it ,and not everybody wants to get into emulation, the remakes help breathe new life into these games and introduce these classic games to a new audience

I had to take a few days just to process it afterwards, it was an experience

do not recommend watching sober

This remake was what got me into survival horror games, it's one of the best

I agree but sadly a lot of games treat the "casual modes" in these games as warm up for comp or something that feeds into the competitive aspect of the game without bringing an actual casual side to the game

My favorite was the beyblade meta, anas ult used to have a speed boost and it would stack with Lucio speed which covered a larger area, so you would just have nano boosted ulting reapers blazing through the map getting 6ks

Same here, the only criticism I have is that there's too many enemies and too much combat for how simplistic the combat mechanics are, but that's about it

Mercy had full team Rez
Hanzo used to one shot tanks by shooting at their feet with scatter arrow
Roadhog could hook you from other dimensions
Bastions ult turned him into a 1 shot canon...
It was a beautiful game

Oh yeah also these remakes benefit a lot from our modern leap in graphics and audio design, taking these games that were already certified classics and elevating them into these immersive experiences, photorealism doesn't fit all but it fits THIS
