An ocean without sharks is nothing short of spooky. Without them, marine life dwindles, coral reefs collapse, and species vanish. Let's keep advocating for education, protection and conservation of these resilient animals to make sure that our oceans don't become a horror movie w/o them. 🦈

We are so grateful to Gulf Coast Community Foundation for their generous contribution that will be used for MISS Camps! 🦈

An old friend came by to say hello! 🦈 A fisherman recently let us know that a shark that we tagged in FL was caught again in NC!

Tag 0077 (blacktip) was caught in June at 107 cm. However, our friend has grown because in NC she was measured at around 152 cm in early September! We love to see it! 💙

Thank you all so much for your support through 2025. Truly, none of what we accomplished would have been possible without you and we are so grateful.

Exciting event coming up soon for those of you in Florida! BLVD Cafe in Sarasota will be hosting a fundraising brunch for MISS to support The Shark Lady! The brunch will take place on Saturday, November 1 from 2 PM to 4 PM; 30% of the proceeds will be donated to MISS after the event. 🥂
