Right. He also gets credit for time served. He’ll probably end up serving time for a few years.

From what I read of the sentencing guidelines, he’ll probably get somewhere between 4-5 years. And then there’s the possibility he gets out earlier than that with good behavior.

And midterms are around the country. And the majority of the people of the U.S. aren’t liking the current direction of this country.

He could still get 20 years if the judge imposes the max sentence and makes it consecutive.

The easier charges were the sex trafficking & transporting charges which the jury was unanimous on. If they agreed he was innocent of the easier charges, they wouldn’t be hung up on the more complicated charge. It makes more sense they did convict him on the easier charges but not the harder one.

Chummy photos from decades ago does not equal pardon. Trump even said recently that they’re not friends but used to be friendly. There is nothing advantageous to Trump pardoning Diddy.
