Trump's "Little Johnson" is lying! Tariffs are taxes paid by American people. Oversea products ordered by Americans are deiivered to US Ports; picked up by American businesses, they have to pay the tariffs (taxes) added to the products. Then they mostly pass the "tariff taxes" onto US consumers.
