In 'The Pitt' S02E02 a generative AI app listens to a patient encounter in the ER and drafts the visit notes. The physician team reviews it and corrects an error.
In real life, S63, my healthcare provider did the same thing just this afternoon.

I've been working on making my own language more straightforward. I use intensity modifiers at least half as much as I did before I started.
I think women have a hard time with this.
