Nudism advocate ☮️ *A word to potential followers: I don't post porn or intentionally follow such accounts. But neither do I perform purity tests on posts or people. I "like" various artistic and recreational nudist content ... which you might not.
Ah. I didn't realize that. Thank you.

For those interested in my interaction w/ #naturist advocate @clothesfreelife (including AANR President, truebluenude.bsky.social). . .
1) He claimed naturist leaders were intentionally undermining naturist philosophy;
2) When asked for evidence, he said he was too busy;
3) Now, he's blocked me.
That's what they *want* you to think 😉

What I've been doing is asking for evidence to support your extraordinary claim.
Since you seem unwilling or unable to do so, I have to conclude you don't have a sufficient basis for it.
So, at this point, I have no reason to believe #naturist leaders are actively undermining naturist principles.
I have to say, this is disappointing.
1) You put forth the extraordinary claim that #naturist leaders are intentionally undermining naturist principles, but
2) when asked respectfully for evidence, you say that you're too busy.
The onus to provide evidence is on the one making claims, though.
the claim, the more extraordinary the evidence that's needed to back it up.
I think the claim that #naturist leaders (presumably including AANR President @truebluenude.bsky.social here in the U.S.) are intentionally undermining naturist philosophy is pretty extraordinary. 2/2
I'm not sure why you're putting me off and asking me to research your feed. We're speaking together now. Why not just answer?
The bottom line here is this, and as a fellow scientist you understand: whenever a claim is made, evidence must accompany it or it's baseless. And the more extraordinary 1/2

We combine observation with assessment results (most of which are self-report) to arrive at our best understanding of a given individual in a given context. 2/2

But psychologists no longer think of thoughts as behavior (thus, CBT). To assess thoughts, we have developed very sophisticated assessment techniques and 1/x

I guess I'm looking for clear evidence that 1) a widening split exists between the two terms, 2) the leaders are causing it, and 3) they're doing so intentionally because they think they'll get more adherents if they reduce naturism to simple nudity. 3/x
