The funny thing about appointing Patience Malaba to the D5 seat (which @ericacbarnett.bsky.social as a possibility) is that she has been a key part of Cathy Moore's unfinished push to repeal tenant protections. So she could carry out Moore's unfinished work of making it easier to evict people.

Amazingly apt — a statement of support for Cathy Moore which itself has a conflict of interest!

This amendment 2C makes so sense b/c I think it could be interpreted in this way. "Greater or less extent than other members" is just a nonsensical standard.
