A word for today - comfortable.
First half we played some really good stuff, should have had at least another one at the break, second half not as good but we were always in control and focused.

Big sigh of relief when that second went in. Second half much more of a struggle but that's in part due to some poor finishing from us. Two games, two 2-0 wins, lovely jubbly 🙂

Some really good moments in that half, Odegaard has looked good and Gyokores has been really lively. But Raya has pulled out another worldy there, wow!

I personally quite like Merino, but he's not a 10 and with the depth and options we have, even with Odegaard out, it's too conservative at home. Away from home then fine, but at home, I think it's a mistake.

That feels like a relief more than anything, we couldn't afford to lose that. Easy to say against a robotic team like City, but just feels like we need to take more risks and try something unexpected. Some of our better moments came from that sort of thing today.
