I really adore studio orange's adaptation, for every change I'm kind of meh on they really do care about the source material and when they do their own thing its still real good.

I love the new trigun because they see everypart about the old series and keep it in and flesh it out and this includes that one guy with the saxophone for a weapon. So now we have all these seious dramatic scenes and this guy has his sax out.

I really like the dungeon world starters method for outlining oneshots/adventures. Its a premise, some set pieces and creatures and you let things piece together organically from character actions and playet answers

I'd also like to get gitw going proper next year, but thats more of a west marches set up than a traditional game and we still need to make a lot of monsters for it.

I think getting used to narrative style gameplay will help me greatly in finding a consistent style I like.

The plan is that I want to play to a heavier system (13th age 2e), but I want to run this lighter system so I can shake off the baby dm jitters.
