I got to work w a district math ldshp team this week. We always start our time by doing a math task and positioning ourselves in the space Ss occupy everyday in our class. This time we used Cube nets vs cube nots from @playwyourmath.bsky.social it was accessible to all & lead to great discussions!

On this road, a step takes you one space, such as from 3 to 4, and a jump multiplies your space by 3, such as from 3 to 9. The fastest way from 1 to 10 is 3 moves: 1 jumps to 3, 3 jumps to 9, and 9 steps to 10.
