If it's not a capital offense, then what kind of offense is it? What kind of consequence & sentence would you assign to it? You're saying you lost a case to your abuser due to lack of evidence, but you're not saying what you wish would have happened to them as a truly proportionate form of justice.

Why are you deflecting? If it's common sense, then get detailed as to how the process should work. Should be easy to explain. What should the consequences be? If death penalty makes it worse, what is much better or best?

There are many varieties of Christianity. Not all of them are corrupt. The same can be said for Islam or Buddhism, etc. Supremacist mentality can be found around the world in different skin tones. I think there is such a thing as ethical capitalism, it's just being stomped by the predatory kind.

Criticism without suggesting viable alternatives I think is wasting time. For example, when people say they want to abolish all forms of incarceration & replace it with Transformative Justice, but also can't tell me what that would look like within 72 hours after a violent crime, what's the point?
